What We Do

Call (925) 671-8970

What sets us apart from other dental assisting programs is that we have smaller class sizes to better focus on training each individual student. Maintaining a small student-to-teacher ratio gives our students more of an opportunity to interact with the instructor, ask questions, and get the most out of their education. For nine weeks our students will learn and be trained in the following courses: Infection Control, Radiation Safety, Pit and Fissure Sealants, and Coronal Polishing. They will also gain a hands-on experience working and training in a dental clinical setting with mannequins and real patients. Upon completion of the dental assisting program, our students will have the credentials and knowledge needed to become a dental assistant.

In addition to your certifications, students are entitled to a 320-hour externship (~2 months) in our dental practice while they participate in the program as well as after they finish course hours. This is crucial in preparing our students before they enter the working world; this helps our students gain the exposure they need in order to transition into the working environment at a real dental office. Students will learn to use and operate state-of-the-art machines, such as CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)/3D imaging, CEREC dental restorations, and Digital/Panoramic X-Rays. They will also become CPR certified through the American Heart Association. These additional benefits are included in the full tuition of our dental assisting program.

Please contact us at (925) 671-8970 for enrollment and course schedule information.
